Together with a local guide, we enter the water and snorkel right beside these majestic animals. A quiet, magical moment you will never forget — completely cage-free and show-free.

  After snorkeling, we explore the charming little village of Akumal — colorful streets, local restaurants right on the white sandy beach, and authentic Caribbean flair. Time for an ice cream, a drink, or simply relaxing by the sea.

  Yaxmulito Park — 2 Zip Lines Over the Cenote

  We head onward to the Yaxmulito jungle park: two spectacular zip lines await you — the first at a height of 15 meters and the second at an impressive 18 meters, both passing directly over the cenote. The view while flying over the turquoise water and surrounding jungle is breathtaking. An absolute highlight for anyone who loves adrenaline!

The Maya considered cenotes sacred places and gateways to the underworld — once inside, you instantly understand why. The perfect conclusion to an unforgettable day.

How to Make the Most of Your Day

• Wear your swimwear underneath — you will be getting into the water multiple times!
• Pack a towel and change of clothes for after the cenote
• Use reef-safe sunscreen — protects the turtles and the ecosystem
• Bring a camera with a waterproof housing for turtle and cenote photos
• Do not touch the turtles — keep your distance and respect nature
• For the zip lines: tie back long hair, no loose items in pockets
• Bring some cash for lunch and souvenirs in Akumal
